Marshmallow root helps smooth the hair cuticle and makes detangling easier. Argan oil supports hydration and helps soften dry ends. Panthenol improves elasticity so strands bend instead of break. Cocoa butter helps nourish and protect, while carrot seed oil supports healthier-looking hair.

HOW TO USE

Using a shampoo bar is simple, but a few small tweaks can make a big difference to your results.

Step 1: Fully wet your hair

Shampoo bars work best on very wet hair. Make sure your hair is completely saturated before applying.

Step 2: Choose your application method

You can use a shampoo bar in two main ways:

  • Option 1: Apply directly to hair (most effective): Rub the shampoo bar directly onto your scalp in gentle strokes. Focus on the roots where oil tends to build up. Massage with your fingers to create a creamy lather.
  • Option 2: Lather in hands first (great for shorter hair): Rub the bar between your hands to create foam. Apply the lather to your scalp and massage through.

Step 3: Massage the scalp properly

Work the lather into your scalp using your fingertips, not your nails. This helps remove oil, dirt and product build-up.

Step 4: Rinse thoroughly

Rinse well to ensure no product is left behind. Repeat only if needed.

  1. Wash no more than 2 - 3 times per week to maintain scalp balance.
  2. Always store your shampoo bar in a well-drained soap dish to extend its life.
  3. If you’re switching from liquid shampoo, allow 1 - 2 weeks for your scalp to rebalance.

We use a mix of Australia Post, Aramex & Couriers Please for all deliveries depending on where you live.

We ship out all orders next business day, and offer free shipping on orders over $100! For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping and $15 for express shipping.

You will be forwarded tracking advice and can follow your order status as it makes its way to you.

We operate business hours Monday to Friday and are closed on public holidays and weekends. Orders received over weekends are packed and posted on Monday or Tuesday (unless there is a public holiday)!

We wrap our orders as eco-friendly as possible and use cardboard shipper boxes, paper filler and compostable shipping labels. At this time we do not send orders internationally. The good news is that you can order from one of our favourite trusted stockists GO FOR ZERO. They ship worldwide!
END OF LIFE

Once you have finished your favourite shampoo bar there will be nothing left but the cardboard box. Viva packaging is made using FSC certified, unbleached paper and printed with soy-based inks: meaning they won't transfer any nasties to your soil, plants or vegetables as they breakdown. Simply pop the box in your home compost or bury it your garden!
