1. What is a Viva La Body subscription?

A Viva La Body subscription means your favourite natural, plastic-free essentials get delivered to your door on repeat. Automatically.

You choose what you want and how often, and we’ll make sure you never run out.
Plus, you get 15% off every order, not just the first one.

2. Which Viva La Body products can I subscribe to?

Most of our everyday favourites, including:

  • Natural deodorants - see all here

  • Shampoo & conditioner bars - coming sooooon!
  • Bush balm & bite balm - coming soon too!

If you see “Subscribe & Save 15%” on the product page, it’s good to go.

3. How much do I save with a subscription?

You save 15% on every single delivery for as long as your subscription is active.

No lock-ins, no tricks, no “first order only” nonsense.

4. How does the 15% discount work?

Easy. When you choose “Subscribe & Save”, your order is automatically discounted by 15% at checkout, and that same discount applies to all future orders too.

Set it once, enjoy it forever (or until you cancel).

5. How often will my subscription arrive?

You choose what works for you, for example:

  • Every month
  • Every  2 months
  • Every 3 months

You can change this anytime. Life changes, routines change, we get it.

6. Can I skip or pause my subscription?

Yep, anytime. You can:

  • Skip an upcoming delivery
  • Pause your subscription
  • Restart it later

No awkward emails, no explaining yourself, no guilt.

7. Can I change what’s in my subscription?

Absolutely. You can swap products, change scents, or update quantities directly from your subscription portal before your next order processes. Simply login to your account and on the top you can find "subscriptions".

8. Can I add extra products to my subscription?

Yes, and this is one of our favourite features.

You can add extra one-off products to your upcoming subscription order, and we’ll ship everything together in one parcel.

So this is great for:

  • Trying something new
  • Stocking up
  • Adding a last-minute gift

Less packaging, fewer deliveries, more convenience. Winning!

9. Will everything be shipped together?

Yes. Any extra products you add will be shipped together with your subscription in one delivery.

10. Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course. You can cancel anytime, straight from your account. We want you here because you love it, not because you’re stuck. Simply login to your account and on the top you can find "subscriptions".

11. Is there a minimum commitment?

Nope. You can cancel after your first order if you want (although we hope you stay and love the set, forget and save on your personal care items).

12. How do I manage my subscription?

Once you’re subscribed, you’ll get access to your subscription portal, where you can:

  1. View upcoming orders
  2. Skip or reschedule
  3. Change products
  4. Update your address
  5. Update payment details
  6. Cancel your subscription

It’s all self-managed and takes about 30 seconds.

13. What if something is out of stock?

If a product in your subscription is temporarily unavailable, we’ll:

  1. Let you know
  2. Offer a swap
  3. Or you can skip that delivery if you prefer

You’re always in control.

14. Can I use discount codes with subscriptions?

Usually not, because the 15% subscription discount is already our best ongoing deal. (And yes, it stays forever as long as you’re subscribed.)

15. Is shipping free on subscriptions?

Shipping works the same as normal orders and depends on your order total and location. You can read more about shipping here.

16. If I add extra products to my subscription, do I get free shipping?

Yes, if you add extra products to your upcoming subscription order and the total order value goes over our free shipping threshold (orders over $100), you’ll receive free shipping on that order.

This applies even if the extra items are one-off additions. As long as they’re shipping with your subscription in the same order, they count towards free shipping.

17. What happens if my subscription payment fails?

If your subscription payment doesn’t go through, don’t stress! It happens sometimes.

We’ll automatically retry the payment after a 6 days. In most cases, it goes through and your order will be on its way!

If it still doesn’t work, we’ll send you an email asking you to update your payment details. Nothing will be shipped or charged until the payment is successful.

You can update your card anytime from your subscription portal. Just login to your account and on the top you can find "subscriptions".

18. Are Viva La Body subscriptions plastic-free?

Yes, just like all our products! Plastic-free, natural, low-waste and small Aussie brand made. Same values, just on autopilot.

19. Why should I start a Viva La Body subscription?
