Returns & Refunds Policy

At Viva La Body, we want you to LOVE your products as much as we do! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

We happily accept returns on unused, unopened products with all seals intact. Please find more details below:

1. MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT

Oh-oh, something’s gone wrong with your order?

If your order is missing an item or you’ve received the wrong product, please email our Happiness & Help Hero Stephy within 7 days of receiving your parcel at love@vivalabody.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you received
  • The item you were meant to receive

We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible!

2. MY PRODUCT(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED OR BROKEN

We’re so sorry your goodies didn’t arrive in perfect condition 😔

If your product is damaged, faulty or broken, please email Stephy at love@vivalabody.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • Your order number

Once we’ve seen the photo, we’ll organise a replacement as fast as we can!

3. I'D LIKE TO MAKE A RETURN BECAUSE I CHANGED MY MIND

Changed your mind? It happens!

If your product is unused, unopened and seals are not broken, we’re happy to offer you a store credit for the purchase price of the item(s) (excluding shipping fees).

Please note:

  • We’ll process your return within 7 days of receiving the product back.
  • You can return packs, but the entire pack must be returned to receive a credit.
  • You’ll receive a return confirmation email once it’s processed.
  • Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they arrive with a genuine fault that wasn’t mentioned.

How to return a change-of-mind order:

Step 1

Please notify Stephy 
at love@vivalabody.com
within 7 days of receiving
your parcel

Step 2

Securely pack the
product(s) in its original
 packaging if possible

Step 3

Send the parcel to

4. I FORGET TO PICK UP MY ORDER, AND NOW IT IS RETURNING TO YOU

If your order is returned to us because it wasn’t collected or the delivery address was incorrect, please email us at love@vivalabody.com. When it comes back to us, we will just charge you to ship it back to you.

5. CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS

Items purchased as part of a sale, clearance or “damaged sale” are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless the product has a genuine fault that wasn’t disclosed at the time of purchase.

If you believe your sale item is faulty, please contact us with photos and your order number.
