Returns & Refunds

At Viva La Body, we want you to LOVE your products as much as we do!

This is why we accept all returns as long as the products have not been used and the seals have not been broken. Please find more details below:

1. MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT

If this happens, please email our Happiness & Help Hero "Stephy" your order number, the incorrect item and the item you ordered within 7 days of receiving your parcel at love@vivalabody.com.

2. MY PRODUCT(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED OR BROKEN

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email Stephy a photograph within 7 days at  love@vivalabody.com and we will replace it as fast as possible.

3. I'D LIKE TO MAKE A RETURN BECAUSE I CHANGED MY MIND

If you changed your mind about a product, we will happily give you credit for the purchase price of the returned item/s (excluding the shipping fees).

Please note:

  • We will process your return within a week of receiving the unused product
  • You can return Collections and Sets. Just be sure you return the entire Collection or Set to obtain a refund
  • A return confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed

Note: products purchased on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged

4. I FORGET TO PICK UP MY ORDER AND NOW IT IS RETURNING BACK TO YOU

Please email us. When it comes back to us, we will just charge you to ship it back to you.

5. CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS

Any product included in a sale and damaged sale cannot be returned, exchanged our refunded unless it has a genuine fault that is not mentioned.
