How much does shipping cost?

We keep it simple and planet-kind: Free standard shipping on orders over $100. If you're under that, it's $9.95 for standard delivery. And if you need your pits or skin to be legendary faster, express shipping is $15 Australia-wide. Either way, we're using Australia Post and Sendle with full tracking, so you can follow your parcel like it's about to change your life (because it is).

How long does delivery take?

Your order ships out the next business day (we work Monday to Friday, so weekend and public holiday orders go out the following Monday). Standard delivery to most of Australia takes 3-7 business days depending where you live. Express gets it to you faster if you really can't wait. Yes, we ship to regional and remote areas. The planet is sacred everywhere.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Rare, but we get it. We pack with care using compostable materials, but accidents happen. If something arrives damaged or broken, just shoot us an email at love@vivalabody.com with a photo and we'll sort you out. We're not here to make excuses, we're here to make sure you get your magic.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, absolutely. Send a message to love@vivalabody.com ASAP and we'll do our best to stop it before it goes out. If it's already on its way, you can arrange a return once it arrives.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

We want you to LOVE your products as much as we do. We happily accept returns on unused, unopened products with all seals intact. If you change your mind, we'll offer store credit for the purchase price (excluding shipping). Clearance and sale items are final sale unless there's a genuine fault we didn't disclose. If your product has any issues, just let us know. Contact love@vivalabody.com to start a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
